This instrument is used to measure the wettability of asphalt to aggregate coke.
Test method: Put 15g aggregate coke (size formula can be determined according to production conditions) sample into a measuring cylinder with diameter of 20 mm and length of 145 mm. After vibration 1500 times on the tap volume density tester, add 5g asphalt particles with size of 1-2 mm to the top layer of the tapped petroleum coke, and put the measuring cylinder into the oven, heat to 90℃ C, and preserve heat for a while until the asphalt layer disappears and the asphalt is completely absorbed by coke particles. The wettability is the ratio of the quality of absorbing petroleum coke to that of asphalt.
