ALC-46BA/46B Thermal Conductivity Tester is suitable for the determination of thermal conductivity of prebaked anode, prebaked cathode and paste products respectively.
Instrument characteristics: This product meets the requirements of ISO14420 2005 and YS/T 764-2011.
● Special control software and human-machine interface of high-definition touch screen. Display real-time displacement curve and temperature curve during the measurement process; the system automatically calculates, displays and stores measurement results; the system reserves data network transmission function, which can realize centralized management and real-time sharing of data.
● Adopting pneumatic control rising and decreasing technology, which has fast response speed and accurate positioning.
● Adopting high precision, low temperature drift temperature sensor and precise temperature controller to realize rapid reaction and accurate measurement of temperature.
● Because of technological requirements, the temperature accuracy shall comply with requirements. The constant temperature water bath imported from Germany is specially adopted with temperature control accuracy of ±0.1℃ and good stability.
