ALC-50 Sodium Expansion Tester is a new generation of high-performance mechatronics intelligent products, which is used to determine the sodium expansion coefficient of carbon prebaked cathode for aluminum. The equipment is mainly used to measure the expansion characteristics of sodium-based materials under high temperature or a specific environment. It is widely used in metallurgy, chemical industry, materials science, and other fields to help researchers and engineers evaluate the thermal expansion behavior of materials and stability under extreme conditions.
An advanced Sodium Expansion Tester uses advanced sensors and temperature control technology to accurately measure the expansion changes of sodium in different temperature ranges. ● Special control software and human-machine interface of a high-definition touch screen. Display real-time expansion curve and temperature curve in the measurement process; the system automatically calculates, displays, and stores measurement results of expansion rate; the system reserves data network transmission function, which can realize centralized management and real-time sharing of data.
● The system adopts the sliding platform control rising and decreasing technology, which has fast response speed and accurate positioning. The measuring frame is firm and not easy to deform, ensuring the accuracy of measurement results.
● Adopting a high precision and low temperature drifting micro-displacement sensor with a measurement accuracy of 0.1 um.
● Sodium expansion coefficient can be measured at room temperature rising to 960℃. It can be supplied with protective gas to ensure the accuracy of experimental results.
