ZYLL-5000 Automatic Asphalt Toluene Insoluble Matter Tester is a new generation of high-performance mechatronics intelligent product designed and manufactured according to GB/T 2292-2008 national standards, and meets requirements of ASTM D4072 standard in the United States. It is suitable for the determination of toluene insoluble content in coal tar, modified pitch, coal tar asphaltum oil, coal tar, wood-preservative oil and coking raw oil for carbon black.
● The automatic control system uses large screen LCD touch screen, PLC and imported liquid level sensor to detect extraction times. The automatic control system eliminates the misjudgement function of bubbles and makes the test count accurate and reliable. The experiment process requires no manual intervention and can be completed automatically.
● The main components are imported elements and adopting internal heating method with characteristics of open fire, safety and environmental protection, fast heating speed and adjustable heating load.
